VOTING CONSIDERATIONS:
- Recognize that every individual is on their own journey.
- Each started with a "starting point" unique to them and their situation.
- Everyone cut bodyfat to "peak" as optimally as possible given their circumstances.
- Many of these individuals timed their "peak" with a competition such as the Natural State Savages competition.
- Post show/cut/peak, everyone was instructed to go through a healthy reverse diet phase and intentionally eat more food and put on a healthy degree of body fat with the goal of coming out of the reverse diet in a better position than when they started.
- This puts an emphasis on the entire journey and lifestyle rather than just the cut itself.
