For years I’ve looked for this type of explanation and FINALLY FOUND IT in this book. Thank you Mr. Sikes. In the past I paid a famous bodybuilder to help me with nutrition and bodybuilding and her methods absolutely worked but it was expensive and I used the ‘bro diet’ and I hate cooking and was hard work managing those macro variables every two weeks. I found this keto book and started my diet today. I believe this will work since tapering now makes sense. Also weight lifting and how cardio is the wild card to use at plateaus.
